Our Service is designed for educational purposes to help users improve their language learning skills through AI-powered conversation practice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users between 13-18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using our Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

4. Token System and Payment Terms

4.1 Token-Based Usage

Our Service operates on a token-based system where different features consume tokens:

• Text Messages: 10 tokens per message
• Translation Services: 20 tokens per direction
• Speech-to-Text: 50 base tokens + 100 tokens per minute of audio
• Text-to-Speech: 1,000 tokens per minute of generated audio

4.2 Token Purchases

Tokens can be purchased through our payment system. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or our refund policy. Pricing may change with notice.

4.3 Free Token Allocation

New users receive 20,000 free tokens upon registration to trial our Service. These tokens are non-transferable and subject to the same terms as purchased tokens.

4.4 Auto-Refill (Optional)

Users may enable auto-refill functionality with configurable thresholds and monthly spending limits. Auto-refill can be disabled at any time and requires explicit user consent.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You may use our Service only for lawful, educational purposes related to language learning and practice.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

6. AI Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Our AI-powered features, including conversation responses, translations, and speech recognition, are provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6.2 Educational Purposes

Our Service is designed for language learning and practice only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional language instruction, translation services, or educational assessment.

6.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. User Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of text, audio, and other content you provide to our Service ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve our Service.

7.2 Voice and Audio Data

When you use speech features, we collect and process audio recordings to provide transcription and conversation services. This processing is essential for Service functionality and may be used to improve our speech recognition systems.

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, but we have no obligation to do so.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our IP

The Service, including but not limited to software, AI models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses, translations, and transcriptions are provided for your personal use. You may use this content for language learning purposes but may not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

11. Account Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the Service. Data retention and deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of The Australian Commercial Disputes Centre, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
